Estates Architectural Services Framework Agreement

Tender description

The University is seeking to appoint a number of Design Teams for a Framework Agreement. These teams will cover the provision of architectural design, structural engineering, and mechanical and electrical design services commissioned by the University of Nottingham. It is expected that the Architect will fulfill the role of Lead Consultant and will select their preferred engineers to join their team. It is anticipated that interested parties will be able to provide the following services as a minimum: 1) Preparation of feasibility studies and reports including evaluation of options. 2) Design (BIM) 3) Preparation and submission of applications for Planning and Building Regulations 5) Contract administration 6) Principal Designer role The Framework is anticipated to run initially for a period of three years with an option to extend by one further year (total four years) subject to satisfactory performance.
