Tender description

Managed service provision for pre-degree programmes for international students. The successful service provider will supply appropriate recruitment, teaching and facility services for an initial intake during September 2019, although the supply of appropriate services is anticipated to commence upon award. The number of students will grow to a target figure of 800 students over the succeeding 3 academic years and the provision of services will need to both drive and accommodate this growth. The services anticipated are as follows: 1— develop and deliver pre-degree programmes for international students that attain progression standards for entry into the University of Manchester, 2— establish a brand and international marketing network to recruit sufficient numbers of international students of suitable quality for progression to the University of Manchester, 3— supply a method for the delivery, for example rental, construction or procurement, and operation of a high quality learning environment to accommodate the college's teaching and ancillary services within close proximity of the main campus.
