Tender description

The basis of the contract will include: — To assist SYHA in defining our requirements including reviewing feasibility studies, — To provide urban design services where appropriate — including creating urban design strategies, creating design statements and codes used to structure land use and development and to incorporate place making, — To promote sustainable development, — To take up to 3 new build development schemes up to the RIBA plan of works stage 3 (Developed Design) in order to gain planning consent, — To contribute to the preparation of a design brief, — To prepare concept design and outline specifications, — To provide information for approximate estimate of construction cost.
