Cheshire East Council (CEC) is looking to source testing facilities that are situated within the Council’s Macclesfield Hackney Carriage zone (the zone is analogous to the former Borough of Macclesfield). The Council’s conditions and policy controls the frequency of tests and age of vehicles to undergo the Cheshire East Compliance Test (CEC test – Please see Appendices A and C).
