Tender description
The retention of the Council's existing Housing and Revenues & Benefits software package ("Northgate" for a further period of time). The Council has a licence to use "Northgate" Software — a package of modules for Housing Management (to include Estates & Rents Allocations, Homelessness, Repairs, Planned Maintenance, House Purchase, Contractors System, Works Orders and Service Charges) and Revenues & Benefits (to include Council Tax, Housing and Council Tax Benefits, IB/SEA, Local Housing Allowance, Scan Applications, Work Flows, Landlords Portal, PMQA and SPA Manager) along with Auddis & Addacs, and Integrators for both systems — that has been in place since 1998 as a result of a competitive tender. A 5 year contract has been awarded to continue use of the same software in a hosted environment.
