Please complete & return the enclosed quote to supply the Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust with a 3 year agreement (sites at SY3 8XQ & TF1 6TF) for attached list of Equipment & Software at each location. Trust gives permission for vendors to contact Mitel for a 'white label software assurance' quote.
