Tender description

The Council is responsible for making payments to various persons in the discharge of its duties and functions (statutory and otherwise) across various client groups in order to purchase goods and services that meet the needs or outcomes of individuals eligible needs as agreed by the individual. Currently the council offers a pre-paid card to adults and carers with a direct payment. The council is now ready to roll out the pre-paid card to other client groups for whom the council currently pays money directly into their bank account. The Council requires the continued delivery of an electronic payment and payment card solution to be provided for its current customers. In addition to this, the council wishes to expand the pre-paid card into other schemes as stated in the specification. Keywords: Cards, PrePaid
