Tender description
Procurement of 10 (ten) new Rolls Royce Griffon Pinion Gears, design standard (including new manufacturing processes) to support the 2 in-service Griffon engines and the 2 spare engines. This buy also provides a spares pool to support the availability of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Spitfire XIX aircraft in achieving their display commitment out to their current out of service date of 2035 (in-terms of PG).
