OG - Legionella Routine Visits and Remedial Works - PP920

Tender description

Orbit Group Limited are looking to procure Legionella Routine Visits and Remedial Works from ideally two high quality providers that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around their needs. The contract will be split into two geographic areas as follows: • Lot 1 Midlands • Lot 2 East and South of England. Scope of the works to include: - Undertake Legionella Routine Visits to Orbit owned stock; - Update Orbit IT systems in a timely manner with routine visit details; - Undertake remedial works as identified at the agreed costs; - Undertake Risk Assessments from time to time that may be required on an ad hoc basis; The contract for the provision of the service is expected to commence on the 1st June 2018, the exact dates to be agreed depending on the agreement between the successful provider and the Client. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (on a 1 + 1 basis) based on acceptable performance in line with the KPIs.
