Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of a procurementportal with an overarching YPO landing page that can facilitate the following elements: vehicle hire, lease andpurchase options for cars, LCV's and specialist vehicles with the ability to select which procurement route isrequired in addition to which micro-sites providing associated and additional services may be accessed, for theday-to-day operation of local authority fleets i.e. Accident Management & Fleet Management. The FrameworkAgreement will cover the period from 28.2.2018 to 28.2.2020 with 2 x 1 year options to extend. (subject to anannual review, incorporating price negotiations and performance against KPI's.) The maximum contact periodwill therefore be 4 years.
