Tender description
The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (Housing Strategy Team) is inviting a consultant team (described as the Consultant for this brief) to tender to carry a joint Strategic Housing Market Assessment Study (SHMA) and Housing Needs Survey (HNS) (the ‘Study’). The Study is required to inform the development of the Council’s housing policies, including the overarching Housing Strategy and policies for inclusion into the Barking and Dagenham Local Plan
