Tender description

Care Navigation and Medical Assistants’ training programme: the provider will engage with local stakeholders to understand the current need for care navigation and medical assistants training. They will develop a programme which is able to flexibly meet the needs. The project will involve engaging with all stakeholders and co-designing a complete programme with them to meet their identified needs in relation to care navigation and medical assistant’s training. The co-developed model will also ensure that the training is embedded in practice and evaluated effectively to inform future investment. The project will need to include a number of different elements that Federated 4 Health are uniquely placed to co-ordinate. They will need to engage numerous stakeholders. This will involve input from practice managers as well as local PPGs (Patient Participation Groups). The project will require access to patient lists as well as alignment between the different components of the programme which are difficult to specify in advance of the co-design process.
