Tender description

Thurrock Council commissioned a Living Well at Home Service focussed on increasing independence and on delivering better outcomes in health and social care for our Service Users. The Service is to deliver care and support to people whose needs meet the eligibility criteria for Adult Social Care in Thurrock as defined in the Care Act 2014. There were seven lots under this procurement, but lot 7 was withdrawn: Lot 1: Orsett/Stifford Clays/Little Thurrock Blackshots; Lot 2: Aveley and Uplands/West Thurrock & South Stifford/South Chafford/Grays Riverside; Lot 3: Ockendon/Belhus; Lot 4: Chafford and North Stifford/Grays Thurrock/Little Thurrock Rectory; Lot 5: The Homesteads/Stanford le Hope West; Lot 6: Stanford East and Corringham Town/ Corringham and Fobbing; Lot 7: Out of hours Service [withdrawn].
