Leeds City Council intends to procure a suitably qualified and experienced organisation or consortium to deliver a Home Independence and Warmth Service which helps people to live safely and independently in their own homes through ensuring properties are fit and suitable to live in. The Service is aimed at enabling and maintaining independent living through improving health at home. The Service will deliver support to a wide range of people, many of whom will have a combination of needs which is impacting on their ability to live independently and healthily in their own homes.
