General Building and Joinery Works and Reactive Maintenance

Tender description

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) are going out to tender for General Building and Joinery Works and Reactive Maintenance. To supply Property Call-Off Services for internal and external General Building and Joinery Works as required throughout the term of the Contract period at any of LFRS's premises and other leased premises located in Lancashire. It is anticipated that the scope of the Contract will include Internal and External Building and Joinery Works to include a range of works, e.g. from the installation of notice boards / door locks to office conversion works. The Suppler shall be capable of providing 365 days/24 hour call out services, and a dedicated contact number for this service. Services will usually be required during normal working hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and may be required 8am to 5pm at weekends, covering urgent and pre-planned work.
