All general cleaning services associated with offices, including carpets, hard floor surfaces, windows, toilets, desks, chairs, storage equipment Wellington House is a five storey building in central Leeds, with a total of 32,830 sq ft. The building consists of open plan offices, meeting rooms, male toilets, female toilets, kitchens, cellular offices, staircases, reprographics rooms, call centres, reception, and committee rooms. The contract will include replacement of consumable materials - e.g. toilet rolls and hand soap. It is expected that the contract will commence 1st April 2018 and continue for at least 3 years.
