Tender description

The purpose of this exercise is to replace the current x 3 pre-cast concrete and glass skylights to ensure they are weather tight, with a suitable architectural alternative consummate with the buildings character. And the repair to damage caused through the water ingress caused by the features in the context of associated concrete spalling and plaster damage within the south stairwell. 1.5 The area locally known as the bedroom passage is located within the basement. We are experiencing a large amount of water penetrating through expansion joints within a concrete ceiling inside the basement; we have also noted stalactites growing close to the affected areas.
