Tender description

Prospective design and build play companies will be required to produce a design for a new play and youth area adhering to the approved design brief, BSEN 1176 & 1177. The successful company will be expected to meet with council officers to fine tune their designs and attend a pre-start meeting prior to constructing the play & youth area to the available budget and agreed timescales.
