1100 Boiler Replacement Works at Clephan Building for De Montfort University

De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out Boiler Replacement Works at De Montfort University, Clephan Building, Oxford Street, Leicester LE1 5XY. The removal of existing and the replacement with new, of gas fired boilers, associated flues, associated shunt pumps, controls and associated pipework, including associated electrical and builders works. The removal of existing and the replacement with new, of Variable Temperature Heating Pumps, Constant Temperature Heating Pumps, pressurisation unit and associated pipework, including associated electrical and builders works. o Location: De Montfort University, Clephan Building, Leicester LE1 5XY. o Length of contract: 8 weeks. o Extent of Works: The Tenderer shall include for the provision and supervision of an adequate suitably qualified labour force equipped with all necessary plant, tools, equipment and access equipment required for the execution of the works. The works shall be the Mechanical Installation as set down in this specification, Schedules and the accompanying drawings together with all additional associated work, both temporary and permanent which may be required to ensure the correct functioning and fixing of the installation.
