Warwick District Council is seeking a suitably qualified company to design and build a play area at Newbold Arms, Newbold Comyn, Leamington Spa. The contract value is approximately £50,000, though it should be noted that this information is supplied by way of historic background and the Council gives no guarantee and accepts no liability as to the future volume or value of potential business which may be placed with a supplier. The site is open to the public and accessible. Suppliers are invited to visit the site at their own convenience.
