Tender description
Though the total payments to the Recovery Agents is approximately £500,000 per year, the majority of the payments are funded via the owner of the vehicle or through the sale/disposal of the vehicle. The Force retains a small sum for every recovery that is eligible for the statutory payments, this income is used to offset the running of the vehicle recovery scheme and cover the cost of Force recoveries.
