Phoenix Community Housing are seeking to appoint a professionally qualified competent contractor to undertake tree maintenance work on its estates and gardens. Phoenix Community Housing have about 6 000 properties either on estates or on streets, with 3 000 estate and street trees and many garden trees. We are seeking to appoint a professionally qualified competent contractor to undertake tree maintenance work on its estates and gardens. This includes felling, pruning and pollarding trees as part of annual work on estates or trees in tenant's gardens where they have become overgrown. To provide an emergency response where trees have fallen following strong winds or otherwise. To carry out planting of new trees. Tenders must include completion of the attached schedule of rates.
