Tender description

The purchase is being made to review the current condition and performance of the Hackney Housing lighting infrastructure. Using available data on column condition and performance, it will provide broad options for taking forward a programme of works to improve the standard, performance and efficiency of street lighting services throughout the Hackney Housing lighting network. The works being requested is considered to be much specialised with very few companies accredited to carry out the works. The works includes: Carry out full survey of all street lighting located on 176 Hackney Housing Estates which will include full Electrical & structural testing of each unit providing IEE Certification for each items. Map each item on council’s asset management system (Mayrise) along with all inventory data.
