Tender description
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of housing and support to homeless adults, ex-offenders, and those moving on from rehabilitation services. Project Description: Provision of housing and support single homeless adults, single male ex-offenders leaving prison and single people leaving rehabilitation with no fixed abode. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents. To supply and manage Supported Housing for vulnerable homeless adults with a medium to high support need. To supply and manage Supported Housing for vulnerable homeless adults with a low to medium support need. To supply and manage Supported Housing for ex-offenders. To supply and manage Supported Housing for vulnerable adults recovering from addiction following rehabilitation. To supply and manage Floating Support to vulnerable adults living in Private Rented Sector accommodation.
