Tender description
Rochdale Adult Care Services and the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)are committed to improving the service offer to Carers in the Rochdale Borough and increasing the number ofCarers supported in their caring role. We recognise the important role that unpaid Carers, who care for their family members, make to the Health andSocial Care economy and the impact that caring can have on the health, wellbeing and quality of life of Carers. As a result, we are delighted to offer to the market an exciting opportunity to work with us on developing a newuniversal Carers offer across the Borough aimed at substantially increasing the number of Carers identified andoffered information, advice and support in their caring roles which helps them to continue in that role for as longas they choose to and minimises the impact of caring on their health and wellbeing.
