Single Party Framework Agreement for External Hosting and Related Services

Tender description

An Bord Pleanála’s requirements are primarily related to infrastructure services (processing, storage and networks) and end-to-end managed services– the exact nature to be discussed with participants invited to the dialogue phase. Hosting could extend to include PaaS, possibly SaaS requirements and other related services in the future. Managed services to provide full end-to-end management of the above infrastructure services (and PaaS/SaaS if relevant); including, but not limited to, call and issue resolution, support, maintenance, monitoring, backup and business continuity, disaster recovery and related managed IT professional services. The framework relates to providers who have access to a minimum of two data centres located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and which are subject to the provisions of EU law in relation to data storage and transmission and where the data centres have been certified to ISO 27001 or similar.
