Tender description
The service will establish and deliver a range of shared reading groups within a variety of settings, targeting the most vulnerable residents in Wirral. The aim of the programme is to improve wellbeing, selfesteem and confidence and reduce feelings of social isolation amongst reading group members and volunteers
