Roof works and other special trade construction works

Tender description

The Measured Term Contract for Re-Roofing and Re-Rendering and Insulation Works comprises the following: — work on predominately low rise housing which is mainly terraced/semi-detached or 4 in a block flatted. Although mainly 2 storey or lower occasional work may be required to blocks up to 5 storeys tall. See the List of Addresses Appendix which shows addresses known of at tender date likely to be done under this contract. The works will include houses which are to be re-rendered only or re-roofed only as well as houses which are to be both re-roofed and re-rendered simultaneously, — the housing stock is mainly Council owned but will involve work on an amount of owner occupied properties (up to 60 %), — the contract will be carried out within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire. Re-Roofing and Re-Render works to domestic premises. Estimated order value of work maximum GBP 4 500 000 per annum. Insulation work to both domestic and non-domestic properties. Estimated value of work maximum GBP 3 100 000 per annum. Re-Roofing and Re-Render works to domestic properties. Estimated value of work maximum GBP 6 100 000 per annum.
