Tender description
North Lincolnshire Council (the council) is looking to enter into a contract for the provision of the Upgrading, Service and Maintenance Contract for Air Quality Monitoring Equipment and invites you to submit a quotation. To supply an air quality contract for the service and repair of North Lincolnshire Councils air quality monitoring network (as detailed in attached documents) that has competent, sufficient and effective resources and procedures in place in order that the council can: 1. Meet its review and assessment obligations under Part IV of the Environment Act 1995 (‘The Act’). Section 82 and 2.
