Tender description

Cavan County Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the maintenance and supply of pay and display machines in County Cavan. There are currently 52 Pay & Display machines, each of which are linked to a back-office system, in Cavan Town. The successful tenderer will be required to service, maintain, repair, supply and in some instances, relocate pay and display machines (up to a maximum of 2 per annum) in Cavan Town. There will also be a requirement to ensure that the back-office system, which provides real time information for the Contracting Authority, is maintained and supported and that any new Pay & Display machines are compatible with it.
