This is a notice for Concession Services in accordance with Public Procurement, England and Wales Public Procurement, Northern Ireland - The Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 No 273. A Open Quotes Process is being undertaken. The Council will be hosting The Tall Ships Races Sunderland 2018 for which Hospitality Services in the form of Deck Events on board the Tall Ships will be a requirement. Hospitality events offer organisations and individuals the opportunity to board a Tall Ship and hold or attend an Deck Event on the deck of a Tall Ship. An experienced Hospitality Services Provider with the capacity, capability and contacts to market, sell and deliver the maximum number of high quality events is required.
