Irish Management Institute (IMI) hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2004/18/EC (open procedure) for applicants, and is inviting tenders under the open procedure to provide the full range of consultancy services comprising to the following. The Team should be Architect Lead. 1. Architectural Services (including DAC & Planning) 2. Civil/Structural & Fire Engineering Services 3. Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services 4. Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) 5. Quantity Surveying Services The commission will also establish a Single Supplier Framework of Construction Consultancy Team for Future Works to the IMI Campus Irish Management Institute (IMI) Campus comprises 4 no Main Buildings as follows a. Main Teaching Building – 1974 Building b. Administration Building – 1974 Building c. Conference Centre & Accommodation Block – 2005 Building d. Clonard House – Mid Nineteenth Century IMI have planned campus upgrade works in the short term with an overall Capital Budget of c €2 million. The “Phase 1 Upgrade Works to the IMI Campus” are the subject of this commission for the appointment of Construction Consultancy Team Future Phases - Future Works to the IMI Campus will be determined by the stage (i) feasibility study/masterplan which is looking at short medium & long term strategy for overall campus development. Future works will be contingent on availability of funding. UCC are managing the procurement process on behalf of IMI and procurement for the design team services is taking place on the UCC e- tenders Portal. IMI will be the Contracting Authority and will sign all contracts for this commission.
