Tender description
PBS is offered to all Universal Credit Full Service claimants when they transition to UC. This is to support claimants to manage their monthly payments and prioritise essential bills such as rent/utilities. The Council are seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to provide this service for an initial period of 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months on agreement by both parties.
