Tender description

Zero Waste Scotland wishes to establish a Framework Agreement to provide print, fulfilment and warehousing services to support the development and delivery of effective communication. Zero Waste Scotland requires “fulfilment and warehousing” service for the storage and management of the stock of corporate publications, communication materials and items, and for the safe and secure distribution of those publications / materials / items on a call off basis to a stated location or locations thereafter, with collection and return to storage as appropriate. The service should provide and maintain a catalogue of all stock held on behalf of Zero Waste Scotland, and be capable of distributing materials to a specified location or locations as requested, as well as collecting from same where appropriate. Zero Waste Scotland requires a 'print on demand' service for the production of printed materials on a call off basis, and for the safe and secure distribution of those materials to a stated location of locations thereafter. The service should provide quick turnaround times that will support our goal to reduce wastage and minimise storage, and should be supported by an easy-to-use ordering system and a robust quality control process.
