The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking expressions of interest for a Live Analytics Continuous Improvement Platform Partner. Lot 1: The Cardiff and Vale Health Board are working through a demanding transformation programme and as part of this are seeking to strengthen their informatics capability further to fast track use of information in every day service understanding and redesign from a clinical perspective. The Health Board are considering looking for an experienced partner who could work with them on a Continuous Improvement platform for live analytics which can aid transformation programme delivery and support operational delivery but with a particular focus on engaging and supporting our clinicians. Any potential partner would be required to: — have significant experience and knowledge to be able to link / join the Health Board’s NHS system data sets, — utilise our current business intelligence system, — be strong on standards and interoperability, — have the capability in building skills and methodologies to engage with our clinicians and health system in making evidence based decision making a ‘business as usual behaviour’.
