Gypsy and Travellor Accommodation Assessment

The Council is seeking to appoint a consultant to carry out a comprehensive assessment to quantify the future accommodation needs of Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople within the administrative areas of Kettering Borough, East Northamptonshire District, Borough of Wellingborough and Corby Borough. Only those bidders should request a copy of the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) documentation and then submit a proposal, if they have the resources necessary to complete all aspects of the ITQ. Please note the procurement and project key timescales and deadlines that you will be expected to fully observe: Stage Target Date 1. Invitation to Quote Issued - 12th February 2018 2. Deadline for Clarification Questions - 1700 hours on 23rd February 2018 3. Deadline for Quotation Responses - 1700 hours on 2nd March 2018 4. Quotation Evaluation - Week commencing 5th March 2018 5. Contract Awarded - Week commencing 12th March 2018 6. Inception Meeting - To be agreed following appointment 7. Deadline for Draft Report - To be agreed following appointment 8. Deadline for Final Report - To be agreed following appointment 9.
