Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the Supply, Fit Out and Installation of: Kitchens, Fitted/Loose Furniture and Library Solutions For Use In The Education and Social Housing Market. The framework agreement will cover the period from 1.2.2018 to 31.12.2019 with 2 options to extend for an additional 12 months (2 + 1 + 1). The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 1.2.2018 to 31.12.2021. This framework agreement has an estimated value of between GBP 6 000 000 — GBP 7 000 000 for the full framework term. Supply of Fitted and Loose Furniture for use primarily in the education market. This Lot is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement for providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider but the provider delivers direct to the end customer. This is due to Lot 1 being featured in YPO's catalogue. Supply of Fitted and Loose Furniture for use primarily in the education market. Installation only of kitchen cabinets and worktops for use primarily in the Social Housing Market and local authority sectors.
