Tender description
Suppliers are invited to express interest during the year to apply to join the Cambridge Regional College Preferred Partner list for delivery of subcontracting training and they will be sent a Partner Selection Questionnaire (PSQ) to complete which will be evaluated at the next available opportunity. If you pass the PSQ stage then you will be invited to bid for tenders. Tender awards are normally made for the period 1st August to 31st July however, there will be occasions when more than one tender process takes place in the same year. To become a Preferred Partner and be awarded contracts there are two phases to the process: — Phase 1 - Partner Selection Questionnaire: — — this questionnaire goes into greater depth in terms of questions and information which is needed to support answers, — — a financial health check will also be carried out, — — if you pass this stage then you will be officially on the College Preferred Partner Register. — Phase 2 - Tender Submission or Invitation to the tender Document: — — only those on the Preferred Partner Register will be invited to submit a tender for a specific requirement or lot, — — to access the Vetting Questionnaire please use the following link to Intend: — — — https://in-tendhost.co.uk/fe/aspx/Home — — — on the Intend website click on forthcoming tenders, — — — a list of tender opportunities for various Colleges will appear, — — — you can then use the filter on the left-hand side of the page to select Cambridge Regional College and you will then be presented with a list of tenders / opportunities specifically for the College, To view the actual questionnaire you will need to click on the relevant expression of interest button. You will need to log in or register to be able to express interest and view the document. If you have not expressed interest and returned your completed questionnaire by the relevant deadline date then you will not be able to participate. The link will not be open all of the time therefore if the link does not work then please e-mail Noel Cassidy, Procurement Manager ncassidy@camre.ac.uk to obtain a copy of the PSQ. The light touch regime for services applies to this PIN.
