Tender description

The maintenance dredging works and associated surveying of the Approach Channel to the Port of Barrow, Ramsden Dock Basin, the Nº.1 Gate Hoppers and the Ramsden Dock Lock specifically to support campaigns for ABP’s customer.The contract is for an initial period commencing 3.2019 to 12.2023 to support the next campaigns of maintenance dredging works and associated surveys with an option to extend annually each year thereafter for a further 2 years until 12.2025 by giving notice 12 months in advance of the extension. The maintenance dredging works and associated surveying of the approach Channel to the Port of Barrow, Ramsden Dock Basin, the Nº.1 Gate Hoppers and the Ramsden Dock Lock specifically to support campaigns for ABPs customer.The contract is for an initial period commencing 3.2019 to 12.2023 to support the next campaigns of maintenance dredging works and associated surveys with an option to extend annually each year thereafter for a further 2 years until 12.2025 by giving notice 12 months in advance of the extension. There will be an estimated average dredge volume of circa 750,000 cubic metres per annum, dependent upon actual siltation rtaes.
