Contract No. Ash/18/1 Scope: Ashford Borough Council are looking for a full service agency to deliver a two year innovative, integrated marketing campaign to continue to raise the profile of Ashford as a place to invest, work, live and visit. They will be expected to support the Council to achieve our strategic aims and the marketing objectives. The successful agency will deliver a proactive 2 year marketing programme including enhancing the existing website, media relations, events, promotional material and a digital marketing campaign which progresses the inward investment marketing campaign, promotes the benefits of living in the area and endorses the enterprising nature of the borough. Term: The term of the commission will be for 24 months. Estimated Value £120,000.00 Quotation Evaluation Your quotation will be evaluated 100% Quality working within the estimated budget. The Quality aspect will be evaluated on your response to the questions posed in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) attached. The companies who attain the three highest scores will be invited in for interview. Contract Award: The company who submits the most economically advantageous quotation based on an assessment of quality will be awarded the work. A credit check may be undertaken on the successful company.
