Please could you confirm the IR35 status. We currently do not think the role will fall under IR35. 2. Would you consider a later start date for the right candidate? We are working to a very tight timetable for transition by mid April and would ideally have someone in place by 1 March. If a candidate's experience was such that we felt they would be able to 'hit the ground running' we would consider a slightly later start. 3. Do you think the role is likely to extend beyond two months? We gained approval and budget to let a two month contract for a content designer. Any extension would be dependent on the status of transition after two months, performance of the individual and gaining approval for further spend. 4. Can I confirm that there are two Content Design roles in addition to the role advertised on 6th Feb? Or were you unsuccessful in filling the earlier role? We are in the process of confirming an appointment for the role advertised on 6 February. The roles advertised are in addition to this.
