City of London Police Soft market Test - Digital Interview Recording Solutions

Tender description

The CIty of London is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver a digital interview recording solution for use within the City of London Police (CoLP) across its estate within the Square Mile. This soft market testing exercise (SMT) will provide an opportunity for the CoLP to obtain insight into how participants might approach the delivery of the service in question. It also gives useful early insight into the likely level of interest in a proposed project from that market. Participants will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the SMT. Participants must also note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an invitation to participate in this or any future procurement that the CoLP may conduct, nor that the CoLP will procure any such supply and services or accepts any proposals offered. Any procurement of the supply and services by the CoLP will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The CoLP has developed a questionnaire which can be accessed by signing into or registering on the City's tender web-portal (www.capitalesourcing.com). The deadline for return of this questionnaire is 28th February 2018 at 12 noon.
