Orbit Group Ltd (Orbit) is seeking to appoint up to two (2) Boiler Suppliers for the supply of boilers for the next 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years (5 Years in total). Orbit guarantees no exclusivity, volumes or spend and reserve the right to vary their requirements within the range over the course of the contract. All submissions must be returned via the electronic tendering portal (ProContract) at: www.housingprocurement.com Suppliers will need to register on the portal (at no charge) in order to access information. Any and all additional information and communication will be issued through the portal only. Orbit Group Ltd (Orbit) is seeking to appoint up to two (2) Boiler Suppliers for the supply of boilers for the next 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years (5 Years in total). Boiler Suppliers will need to be able to provide a range of boiler options which meet both the quality standards and budgets available for its stock and which meet the requirements of: 1) New Build Requirements: — Outright sale, — Low Cost Home Ownership, — Private Rented, — Social Rented. 2) Planned and Reactive replacement programme: — Planned Programmes, — Repairs and Maintenance (Inc. void properties).
