Tender description

Open procurement process for a single contractor to provide Out of hospital cardiology services — a ‘one stop’ (same day) community cardiology service as part of a positive seamless pathway. The service will incorporate diagnostic testing and treatment during, where appropriate, a single visit. The service will have access to diagnostics and when necessary, consultant support and advice and guidance. Open procurement procedure for a supplier of Out of hospital cardiology services to patients in Kingston upon Hull. The contract will be let for a period of 5 years, with an optional extension of 2 years. The highest cost and end date stated in this notice are stipulated as the full contract term including extensions. Potential providers are also invited to an Information Event to be held on Friday 2.3.2018 — registration to which can be made on the nhssourcing e-procurement system by Wednesday 28.2.2018, following which confirmation of the event details will be provided.
