Tender description

CT009(a) — Major Adaptations works north region (formerly CT009 — Lot 5) East and South Antrim Contracts 1-3. The Housing Executive wishes to procure suitably qualified and competent contractors to carry out works in relation to the provision of Major Adaptations construction works to dwellings for Persons with a Disability throughout Northern Ireland. It is proposed to have 3 Contractors each awarded a Contract (subject to a sufficient number of compliant tenders being received) covering the North region as detailed in the Tender documents. Subject to terms and conditions each Contract will be for a period of approximately 18-20 months. A Tenderer can only be awarded one Contract. Tenderers will be assessed on a “most economically advantageous” basis, according to Quality (scored out of 60 marks) and price (40 marks).
