UK Shared Business Services (UK SBS) is acting on behalf of the MRC - Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) to give notification of their intention to invite tenders for the following requirement; The MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology is seeking a high performance imaging camera to be installed in a relatively inexpensive Philips CM200 microscope running at 100 keV with a side entry stage. The camera is required to have both high detective quantum efficiency and run continuously at a sufficiently high frame rate to allow an exposure with at least 100 electrons per pixel to be recorded in one second.
