Supplier Market Engagement event for the provision of Domiciliary Care & Supported Living Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Enfield Council’s Procurement & Commissioning Service & the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service invite both existing and potential service providers to attend a market engagement event, with a view to developing our relationship and informing providers of procurement plans to implement a Dynamic Purchasing System. Our aim is to ensure flexible, high quality support is available to adults with a learning disability and their carers, whilst ensuring that the individual remains in control of making key decisions, in self-directing their own care and support. A specialised Broker will use the DPS tool to work with service users, carers and families to ensure the appropriate care provider is chosen. The market engagement event will set out the Council’s vision and enable us to have a constructive dialogue with both existing and potential providers.
