Derby Homes are looking to re-procure an electronic employee time recording system for staff. The system should allow for recording flexible working hours, time in lieu, annual leave usage, and expenses. We would like to invite Bidders to enter a pre-tender discussion about our requirements. Derby Homes are looking to re-procure an electronic employee time recording system for around 550 staff across various different sites within the City of Derby. The system should include the recording of flexible working hours, time in lieu usage, annual leave totals and requests and employee expenses such as mileage. We would like to invite potential Bidders to enter a pre-tender discussion about our requirements. Potential Bidders will be asked a set series of questions to help Derby Homes ensure we are able to accurately specify our requirements when we are ready to go to tender. Sessions will be held on Tuesday 20.2.2018 at Derby Homes’ Head Office (839 London Road, Derby, DE24 8UZ) and Bidders will be allotted a one hour 30 minute slot. If you are unable to visit and present in person, alternative methods will be accepted but must be agreed beforehand.
