Tender description
The Dementia Community Promoting Independence service is aimed at delivering improved outcomes for people living with dementia and their carers, and to enable them to regain their independence within their own home environment. The tender was run as an open procedure through www.csw-jets.co.uk The provider will deliver a flexible, short term promoting independence service, for people living with dementia or cognitive impairment. The service will provide Occupational Therapist input to deliver personalised support, along with support staff to aid the person to reach their reablement potential.
