Tender description
The Contractor is required to: a) provide a suitable Delivery Point ((this means a site with appropriate permits and consents) for the safe receipt of Municipal Residual Waste delivered under the Contract; b) ensure the safe and environmentally sound handling of Municipal Residual Waste from acceptance at the delivery point to the point of recovery / disposal; c) comply with all aspects of the requirements of service and any applicable legislation relating to the Contract. The Council is seeking a contractor to provide a suitable Delivery Point for the safe receipt of Municipal Residual Waste delivered under the Contract, ensure the safe and environmentally sound handling of Municipal Residual Waste from acceptance at the Delivery Point to the point of Recovery / Disposal, comply with all aspects of the requirements of service and any applicable legislation relating to the Contract. The estimated contract tonnage will be 18 000.
